We have an exciting opportunity for a Strata Manager. A well established, medium sized Strata company, a reputation of , great support in place, a highly energetic team with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service to their clients.

The Role:

As the Strata Manager, your portfolio will consist of small to medium schemes. With a great onboarding system and working closely with an experienced and dedicated portfolio Assistant, you will be liaising with clients, arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance, prepare agendas and minutes for meetings, prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs, conduct meetings, undergo periodic inspections and anything else required to manage your portfolio efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Strata Manager is essential
• Strong administration, organisation & prioritising skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
