They’re now on the lookout for an experienced Body Corporate Manager to join their growing team

Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing a portfolio of residential schemes and a small mix of commercial
• Chairing and attending meetings, preparing agendas & minutes
• Preparing budgets and reviewing financial reports
• Managing day-to-day correspondence and Committee advice
• Building lasting, trusted relationships with Committees and Owners

We’re seeking someone with:

• Over 4 years’ experience in strata/body corporate management
• A track record of handling both large/complex and traditional schemes
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and group settings
• A solutions-focused mindset – calm under pressure and proactive in finding answers
• Tech-savvy, process-driven, and client-service oriented
• A collaborative, team-first approach
