The Client

My client requires a Body Corporate Manager to take over a small local tidy portfolio, with a view of increasing the portfolio, as well as SALARY INCREASES to reflect. With support provided this would be a great opportunity for an experienced Strata Manager who is wanting to take the next step!

The Position, but not limited to:

• Assist with managing a mixed-use portfolio of residential & commercial low maintenance complexes
• Liaising with owners/tenants
• Assisting with arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required
• Conducting AGM's / EGM's / VOC meetings etc

The Criteria:

• 2 + years experience in the Strata industry as a manager
• Valid drivers' license
• Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
• Possess leadership qualities and attributes
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
• An excellent understanding of BCCM Act
• Have excellent time management skills
• Desire to succeed in the industry
