About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Assistant Body Corporate Manager to join a highly experienced team and support a Senior Strata Manager. You’ll assist in managing a portfolio of 25 buildings (approx. 1,500–1,600 lots), working closely with high-end clients who expect premium, professional service.

You will also work collaboratively with an offshore Virtual Assistant (VA) who supports the broader office, assisting with document preparation and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and client support to the Senior Strata Manager.

Review and finalise agendas and minutes prepared by the VA.

Manage day-to-day client communication (email and phone).

Respond to queries and coordinate routine requests and maintenance actions.

Prepare and issue breach notices and renovation approval letters.

Liaise with contractors, clients, and committee members as needed.

Maintain records and database accuracy using StrataMax.

Ensure compliance with legislative and internal procedures.

Assist with ad-hoc projects and portfolio coordination tasks.

About You

You are an organised, proactive, and service-oriented professional who enjoys working in a supportive and collaborative environment. You take pride in your attention to detail and communication skills and thrive in a role where no two days are the same.

Requirements:

Ideally 12 months experience in Strata

Strong client service and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Proficiency with StrataMax software (preferred but not essential).

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
