Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Body Corporate Manager located in Gold Coast. The Body Corporate Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of body corporate properties, coordinate and attend meetings with stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle financial management tasks. Other responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with body corporate owners, addressing administrative inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to help communities thrive.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 1-2 years of body corporate management experience.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

The successful candidate must be available to commence within 1 month.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Experience in financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in body corporate management

Proficiency in administrative and coordination tasks

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools
