We are seeking a detail-oriented Strata Finance Officer to join our team. This role is central to the financial management of our body corporate clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare annual administrative and sinking fund budgets

Issue levy notices (including special levies) and manage arrears

Liaise with lawyers on debt recovery matters

Process invoices and manage weekly payment runs

Reconcile incoming and outgoing funds

Review annual financial statements and assist with audits

Undertake Resident Unit Manager salary reviews

Work closely with Strata Managers to support financial management across portfolios

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in finance, accounting, or strata management (strata finance experience highly regarded)

Strong attention to detail with exceptional accuracy in data entry

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Professional, consistent, and reliable approach

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
