About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, reliable allrounder to join our crew at Thornlands with the role expanding to Loganholme in the near future.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, problem-solving and variety – no two days are ever the same.

You will be part of the engine room that keeps our operation running smoothly, taking care of yard maintenance, equipment preparation and minor repairs.

Your Day-to-Day

Cleaning, servicing and preparing portable toilets and waste tanks

Carrying out basic repairs and upkeep of equipment

Assisting with loading and unloading trucks and maintaining yard organisation

Supporting the operations and service teams with gear preparation

Ensuring a safe, clean and efficient work environment at all times

About You

Solid hands-on or labouring experience (yard, site or workshop)

White Card – or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Reliable, punctual and physically fit

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Positive attitude and takes pride in quality work

Forklift Licence (Required)

MR licence or mechanical knowledge highly regarded (but not essential)
