About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Pallet Repairer to join our operations team. This position offers 3 days per week, with flexibility in both days and hours to accommodate work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect wooden pallets for damage and assess repair requirements

Repair and refurbish pallets using hand tools and other equipment

Ensure pallets meet safety and quality standards prior to dispatch

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in pallet repair, carpentry, or general labour is desirable but not essential

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
