The Role

This is a field-based role for an experienced Service Technician / Fitter / Mechanic, responsible for the service, repair, and installation of equipment.

Key duties:

• Service and install dock levelling systems (primary focus)
• Work on a wide range of material handling equipment
• Travel directly to client sites - fully remote role
• Carry out mechanical servicing and fault finding
• Ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards are met

The Candidate

We're seeking a hands-on technician with:

• Mechanical servicing and installation experience in:
• Elevators/lifts
• Access machinery
• Fixed plant
• Food & beverage or packaging machinery
• Industrial machinery/equipment
• Trade qualifications in fitting, mechanics, or similar (advantageous)
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability
• Reliability, independence, and a safety-first approach

You will also have strong time management, communication and customer service skills with an ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
