Days/hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Two Saturdays per month.

Accommodate client appointments after hours when required.

Are you a motivated and customer focused salesperson with a passion for helping homeowners create their slice of paradise in their own backyard? We are seeking a Swimming Pool Consultant to join our team.

The role:

You will guide customers through the process of becoming a pool owner. From the first enquiry through to handing the pool over, you'll build strong relationships, provide expert advice and deliver high end customer service.

Key responsibilities:

Client Consultation - Meeting with clients to understand their needs, budget, and vision for a swimming pool.

Quote Preparation - Preparing detailed quotes for pool installations and DIY.

Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer rapport.

Product Expertise - Providing in-depth knowledge of site functionality, pool styles, equipment, and accessories.

Site Assessments - Taking measurements of the pool site for pool location, Evaluating the accessibility of the property for construction and potential site challenges.

Contract Signings - Creating contracts for pool installation and review the contract with clients for signing.

Internal Coordination - Liaising with internal departments, such as management and construction teams, to ensure a smooth project process.

Pool Handovers - Providing the information and demonstrations for clients to show them how to operate and look after their new pool.

Applicant must have the following:

Previous experience in sales (pool, home improvement, building or similar).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, results driven and able to work independently.

Professional presentation and a customer-first approach.

The ability to manage multiple enquires and follow through with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
