About the Role

If you’ve worked in kitchen, bathroom, or home improvement sales, or anywhere design meets consultation — this could be your next chapter.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to guide clients through choices, visualise design outcomes, and deliver a tailored, high-quality solution.
You’ll meet families face-to-face, listen deeply, and translate their ideas into enduring memorial designs.

It’s a fast-moving role where empathy meets drive — you’ll balance compassion with commercial focus and clear sales outcomes.

Your Day-to-Day

Be the first point of contact for clients via phone, email and in-person appointments

Guide families through material and design options with empathy and clarity

Prepare accurate quotes and manage the sales process end-to-end

Work closely with our design and production teams to bring each memorial to life

Maintain detailed CRM records and provide proactive follow-ups ongoing

Deliver an experience that is calm, supportive, and deeply personal

About You

Experience in sales or design-based consultation (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, windows, decking, or renovations)

Strong design appreciation — you can visualise, problem-solve and see potential in a blank canvas

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you know how to connect with people

Organised, detail-focused and self-motivated

Able to handle sensitive conversations with warmth and professionalism

Looking for long-term stability and a career with meaning

Greek-speaking skills will be highly regarded.
