Due to an increase in sales volume Bayswater Jayco is expanding its team and seeking a Sales Consultant to join our energetic and customer-focused environment.

Across our group we employ over 460+ employees some of whom have worked with us for over 40 years meaning, we have a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer not only to our guests but to pass on to future leaders of our business. We have now expanded our family and we now own Jayco in Bayswater, we are so excited about this, and we now need more team members to join the family!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.

Showcase our extensive range of new and used caravans with in-depth product knowledge.

Work with our customers to understand their needs and follow a sales process to get the customer into a caravan they love.

Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Requirements:

Proven SALES EXPERIENCE and SALES TRACK RECORD in the CARAVAN/MOTORHOME or Motor Vehicle industry

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.

Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
