The Position
We currently have a Permanent Full-Time and Casual opportunities for a Sales and Customer Service Consultants in our Melbourne office (Moorabbin).

Responsibilities for this position:

Answer inbound calls, customer service and update CRM

Book appointments for on-road sales staff accurately

Provide solutions for customer requirements

Follow the sales funnel and convert inbound leads to sales

Provide quotes, invoicing, and accurate data to the customers

Perform up to the KPIs

General customer queries and complaint handling

Skills and Experience

Minimum of 2 years in a similar sales role

Demonstrated experience in any sales environment with a proven track record

Excellent sales record with accuracy

Basic arithmetic skills (Area and volumn calculations)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Work autonomously or as a team

Experience in MS Suite and a CRM System will be an advantage

Territory education will be an advantage
