About the role
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by engaging with potential clients and delivering exceptional sales outcomes. This end to end sales role will see you running the entire sales process, from prospecting / closing deals to managing client accounts. Specific responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and audit content, leveraging LinkedIn and other channels to promote the company and their products.
Identifying and prospecting potential clients, conducting research to understand their pain points, before running sales demonstrations that address their requirements.
Creating proposals and negotiating with clients to close deals successfully.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues and ensuring their needs are met to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborating with internal teams to achieve common goals, align strategies, and ensure quality handover of new clients to onboarding/support teams.
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices, including competitor movements and experimenting with AI.
Visiting prospects and clients, including attending industry events that may require travel at times.
About you
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have a background in recruitment, rostering or payroll, and previously worked with HR systems. Similarly you will have:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
