About the role

Become a Use Car Sales Consultant at Cars24 and play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales success. In this full-time/part-time position based in Laverton North, VIC, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to customers, matching them with the perfect used vehicle to meet their needs and budget.

What you'll be doing

Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences, then recommend the most suitable used car options

Provide detailed product information and facilitate test drives to help customers make informed purchase decisions

Actively participate in the sales process, from initial customer enquiry through to successful vehicle delivery

Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to address customer questions and concerns effectively

Collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

Ensure a seamless, personalised customer experience at every touchpoint

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the automotive industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to deliver positive outcomes

Passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in used vehicles

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and achieve individual sales targets
