The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, outcomes-driven Dental Practice Manager to lead our growing team into an exciting new chapter. With a brand-new, purpose-built clinic opening in early 2026, this role requires a leader who can think strategically, act decisively, and inspire excellence every day.
This is not a “maintenance” role, it’s for someone who thrives on improving systems, driving performance, and building a positive workplace culture.

About You

You are a seasoned Practice Manager who has:
✔️ A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the dental industry and 5 years in practice management
✔️ A proven ability to improve business outcomes; whether through financial performance, team culture, or patient experience
✔️ Confidence in overseeing all operational systems; rostering, ordering, sterilisation, admin and booking workflows
✔️ Strong financial literacy; you understand reconciliations, collections, forecasting and budgets, and ensure they’re accurate and aligned
✔️ Recruitment and leadership expertise; you know how to find, onboard, and retain the right people, then hold them accountable while supporting their growth
✔️ A proven ability to think outside the box; implementing new systems, products, technology, and devices to keep the clinic ahead of the curve
✔️ Excellent presentation and communication skills; you represent the clinic professionally with patients, staff, corporates, and government stakeholders alike
✔️ The resilience, energy, and emotional maturity to lead with confidence, innovation, proactivity, and sustainability, our core values
✔️ You don’t sit still, get overwhelmed, or ponder. You act, delegate, problem-solve, and deliver outcomes. You have a unique ability to balance exceptional patient care with the commercial realities of running a high-performing clinic.

Up to $133k inclusive of super, $10k annual treatment bonus, laptop + phone and legislative leave entitlements inclusive of Christmas shut-down period.
Ability to salary sacrifice 50% of personal house rent + remote tax allowance.
