About the role

This full-time Dental Receptionist role at advent dental studio' in West Perth, WA offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing dental practice. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all who visit the practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling appointments and managing the practice's appointment calendar

Handling patient enquiries and providing information about services and treatments

Processing patient registrations, medical histories, and other administrative tasks

Managing patient records and maintaining the practice's database

Assisting with billing, invoicing, and other financial transactions

Ordering and maintaining practice supplies

Providing general administrative support to the dental team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and friendly manner

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using computer software, including practice management systems

A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures would be highly advantageous
