Regional Manager – Perth
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + travel allowance
Location: Perth (Hybrid start, office & remote)
Reports to: State Manager

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to step into a newly created Regional Manager role overseeing four dental practices across Perth. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to take ownership of operational excellence, staff support, and patient experience across multiple locations.

About the Role:
Initially, the role will have a hybrid focus, working in a call centre-style capacity—handling incoming calls, booking appointments, and supporting patients. As the position grows, you will take a strategic leadership role across all practices, liaising closely with Practice Managers, Dentists, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple practices

Support and mentor Practice Managers and staff

Communicate effectively with Dentists to ensure smooth workflow

Oversee appointment scheduling, patient queries, and service quality

Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies

Travel between practices as required (car and travel allowance provided)

Ensure compliance with regulatory, health, and safety standards

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Practice Manager in a multi-site dental or healthcare setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable liaising with Dentists, staff, and patients

Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work autonomously

Comfortable travelling between practices in Perth
