your role
As an Assistant Commercial Property Manager, you’ll provide vital support in the management of a high-performing commercial portfolio. This role offers exposure to both the operational and strategic aspects of property management, working closely with experienced leaders. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the day-to-day management of retail, office, and commercial assets
• Supporting lease administration, tenant correspondence, and rent collection
• Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor works
• Preparing property reports, budgets, and financial documentation
• Conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with building standards
• Building positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Previous experience in property management, facilities, or administration (commercial preferred, but not essential)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
