Supreme Caravans is currently recruiting for a Warranty Administrator to join our team in a full-time position, supporting our Warranty Department. This role offers the flexibility to work from home or be based at one of our Australian Caravan Centre locations along the East Coast.

As a key member of the Warranty team, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure warranty claims are processed efficiently and accurately. You’ll liaise with suppliers, dealerships, and repairers to achieve timely resolutions, maintain accurate records, and support the coordination of warranty parts across our network.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a remote or dealership-based setting.

Monday – Friday
8.00am – 4.00pm

$28.00 - $36.00 p/h + Superannuation – Based on prior administrative experience.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently.

Liaise with suppliers and dealerships to ensure timely resolution of claims.

Communicate claim outcomes to dealerships via email.

Manage incoming and outgoing warranty-related emails.

Liaise with repairers to confirm adequate repairs for approved warranty items.

Coordinate parts supply and ensure accurate tracking.

Maintain up-to-date records and documentation.

Perform other administrative duties as required to support the Warranty Department.

Your Experience

Strong administrative background with previous experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) with experience using Monday.com highly regarded.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Experience in customer service or a client-facing administrative role.

Preferred:

Experience with caravans, either professionally or personally.

Experience within a warranty or parts department.
