Full-Time Role – Work From Home (Sydney-Based)

Events Coordinator / General Administrator

We’re looking for a motivated, organised and people-focused professional to join our small, close-knit team. This is a full-time work from home position, Sydney-based, offering flexibility with hours.

Who are we?

We are a not-for-profit, member-based organisation representing and supporting driver trainers across Australia.

Our work is focused on raising standards in driver education and promoting safer driving practices. We also play a key role in programs that support young people, including the Safer Drivers Course, helping learner drivers build confidence and develop lifelong safe driving habits.

Key Details:

Full-time role with flexible working hours.

Must be available between 8–9am on weekends for occasional urgent course edits (with the option to swap these hours during the week). As this is an essential part of the role, we’re looking for someone who can reliably cover this timeframe.

Work from home, but Sydney-based for occasional in-person meetings.

Occasional travel for events

Comfortable managing course rescheduling and student changes, handling cancellations and filling spots with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.

What We’re Looking For:

Highly self-motivated with excellent organisational and administrative skills.

Strong people skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team.

Experience in event planning is essential.

Comfortable assisting team members on other projects when required.

Tech-savvy with sound data entry ability.

Canva skills desirable but not essential.
