The Role

As Venue Manager, you’ll lead from the front ,driving service excellence, building an incredible team culture, and ensuring every guest experience captures the energy and attitude of FRENCHIE. You’ll be across every detail, from the flow of service and rostering to stock management, training, and maintaining the electric vibe we’re known for.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with the owners and Head Chef to bring our vision of modern, accessible French dining to life.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service with personality and consistency

Oversee day-to-day venue operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service across all shifts

Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction

Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships

Drive sales through smart rostering, upselling, and creative promotions

Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that reflects FRENCHIE’s values and vibe

Collaborate with the Head Chef and owners to execute events, menu launches, and special activations

Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety requirements
