The Role

We’re looking for leaders who thrive on energy, teamwork, and creating unforgettable moments. As an Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll learn the full spectrum of venue operations – from staff leadership and recruitment to finance, food, and beverage development. You’ll help drive the culture, the service, and the success of your venue.

What We’re After

You’ll bring more than just experience – you’ll bring drive, ambition, and a love for people and hospitality. With at least two years as an AVM in a large venue, or proven Venue Manager experience in a mid-sized operation ready for the next step, you know what it takes to run a busy, high-performing team. You’re confident managing kitchens and FOH, and you’ve got the financial smarts to handle forecasting, rostering, wage control, budgets, and P&L analysis. Hands-on and organised, you thrive in the day-to-day operations while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. You know how to recruit the right people, spot red and green flags, and build teams that last. Most importantly, you’re always looking for ways to lift the game – whether it’s sharper service, stronger presentation, or raising the bar on food and beverage quality.
