Assistant Venue Manager

As an Assistant Venue Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, working alongside the Venue Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the venue. You'll have the opportunity to manage private functions and events, lead our Front of House team, and contribute to the outstanding service we provide to our valued guests. With a focus on staff training and motivation, you'll inspire the team to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.

Eau-de-Vie is an award-winning venue renowned for innovative menus and experiences focused on the artful pairing of food with high-end spirits, whisky and cocktails. Menus are designed in creative collaboration with the kitchen and bar teams and include a nightly sharing style menu, bespoke canapé and function menus and our famed Cocktail Degustation Menu – a 5-course fine dining experience paired with cocktails created by our expert bartenders.

Key Responsibilities:

Work alongside other exceptional Managers, allowing you to propel your career forward within the hospitality industry

Providing all customers with memorable, personal and unique drinking and dining experiences

Ensuring the product is consistently of a high standard

Run every aspect of the day-to-day operations in the absence of the venue manager.

What You’ll Bring:

Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fast-paced bar environment.

Excellent knowledge of whisky and cocktails
