The Role:
This organisation is seeking a Finance Officer to join their finance team. Reporting into the Corporate Finance Manager, you will play a key role in contributing to effective financial operations and maintenance of the integrity of the accounting system. The role will be an 8 month contract and finishing on the 30th June 2026 with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities of the role include:

• Keep detailed accurate records of transactions using a variety of systems and computing packages including Microsoft Office & Technology One.
• Ensure all activities are undertaken in accordance with policy guidelines, practices and procedures within the organisation.
• Liaise with officers of other Departments, Corporate and Regions in regard to financial administration policies, systems and procedures.
• Support the month end process as required.
• Contribute to improvement in business processes & practises.

Your Profile:

• Experience in an Assistant Accountant, Finance Officer, or similar role
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables/vlookups)
• Demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines within agreed timeframes
• Ability to prioritise competing priorities
• Continuous improvement of work practices, systems, and processes
• Experience with TechnologyOne ideal
