Troocoo are delighted to be supporting this growing Queensland Government agency recruit a Workforce Administration Officer (AO4). This is a pivotal role within a leading workforce & recruitment services team that pride themselves on delivering exceptional service to their stakeholders.

• $58.02 p/hour + super – agency contractor rate
• Based in Brisbane CBD
• Commencing 06/10/25 to 28/02/26 – full time

Your new role:

• Deliver efficient and effective workforce management and recruitment support to the organisation, including direct support of recruitment processes.
• Review and challenge practices and procedures to support good governance and streamlined recruitment.
• Project support - coordinate and support the management of a high volume of task-based activities and the implementation of business improvement initiatives.
• Prepare stakeholder correspondence, and where relevant, implement recommended outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with recordkeeping standards and good governance while managing timely, accurate and complete information.

About you:

• Across recruitment, administration and project support required

• Previous experience within Government is essential and preferred
• Ability to engage with key stakeholders and juggle conflicting priorities
• High attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication and system skills required.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a criminal history check and spend the first 3 months in the office to engage with the team and stakeholders.
