About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Workforce Administration Officer to join our State Government client in delivering efficient and effective workforce management and recruitment support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume, task-based inbox in close collaboration with team members.
- Support senior officers by prioritising tasks and handling competing priorities.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with internal teams, senior stakeholders, candidates, and external providers.
- Maintain compliance with record keeping standards and governance.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Government recruitment coordination experience is highly desirable, as recruitment frameworks and government processes is key to success in this role.
- Strong administration skills in MS Outlook and calendar management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle competing priorities.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to collaborate closely with team members, escalate issues when needed, and work transparently.
