Q Report is a leading specialist in jewellery and luxury watch insurance, providing insurance coverage to customers against loss, damage, and theft to their jewellery.
Our business requires a professional customer relations consultant to join our Sydney CBD office sales team, training will be provided.
You will be working within a small team environment, you will make and receive calls from new and existing customers from all over Australia, your activities include quoting, processing payments, and answering product related questions. The role is predominantly responding to customers that have requested a quote from us, there is no cold calling. We will teach you everything you need to know and how we are connecting with our customers Australia wide.
The Role:
Assisting new and existing customers with all enquiries by telephone, SMS and email.
Provide product knowledge and create an amazing customer experience.
Deliver exceptional customer service with the ability to follow up.
Maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management database
General administration duties.
Adhere to high quality, compliance, and accuracy standards.
Work towards targets and KPI's
Key requirements:

Ability to multi-task
Ability to engage professionally with customers on all levels
Highly developed attention to detail
Knowledge of Outlook, and Microsoft Office
A positive, can-do attitude and to be a team player
Applicants must have Australian working rights to be considered
Native or near-native level English language proficiency required
Perks of the Job
Work 5 days, Monday to Friday, 9 - 5pm (no weekends)
Hybrid working week (after probation period): 2 days from home, 3 days from the office.
There is a good basic wage plus a commission structure attached to this role.

Previous experience in online sales, jewellery and / or insurance is preferable. We will provide training, but you need the right attitude and a high level of the English language.
