About the role

Good Sight Australia Pty Ltd, a leading provider of vehicle wash equipment solutions, is seeking a driven and ambitious Internal Salesperson to join our dynamic team in Wetherill Park, NSW. As an Internal Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with incoming sales inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend the most suitable Goodsight products and services

Prepare and present detailed sales proposals to clients

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline

Provide feedback and insights to management to improve sales processes and customer experience

Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Managing Director

What we're looking for

Proven track record in a sales role

Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and close sales

Proficient in using sales-related software and CRM systems

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a consultative approach to sales

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of sales targets

Australian work authorisation required

Vehicle wash equipment industry experience preferred
