About the role
Choices Flooring is searching for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Tuggerah, NSW. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through the selection and purchasing process for our high-quality flooring products. This is a full-time position, allowing you to contribute to the success of our growing business.
What you'll be doing
Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the best flooring solutions to meet their requirements
Demonstrate and showcase our extensive range of flooring and window covering options, including vinyl, timber, laminate and carpet
Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for customers, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, pricing, and industry trends
Measuring and quoting for installations, ensuring accurate estimates
Collaborating with the installation team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the flooring industry but not essential
Being able to read floor plans would be advantageous, but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
The ability to provide expert advice and recommendations
Strong product knowledge or the willingness to learn about our extensive range of flooring options
A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience from consultation through to installation, contributing to the success of the business
Strong computer and administration skills
Current driver's licence required
What we offer
