Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 + Super + Uncapped Commissions Potential to Earn $130,000 +

Due to the growth of our business, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team based in Cardiff. Westlake's Motor Group is a niche automotive solutions brokerage created from over 20 years of high-performing dealership experience.

Role Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Sales Consultant looking for a long-term rewarding position with the potential to progress your career. You will be passionate about the motor industry and have a can-do attitude with an eye for detail. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive buying experience and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in identifying their vehicle needs and preferences.

- Provide detailed and accurate information about the features, benefits, and pricing of vehicles.

- Conduct test drives and follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns.

- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain good customer relations which lead to effective sales outcomes.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.

- Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting our clients to find the right vehicle.

- Prospecting new clients through telephone/face-to-face sales and marketing techniques.

- Achieve sales targets

Skills & Experience:

- A minimum of three years' experience in automotive sales.

- Exceptional customer service skills essential.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A genuine interest in sales and the automotive industry.

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in computer skills with strong attention to detail.

- A full manual driver’s licence.
