Key Responsibilities
Represent premium product portfolios through compelling client presentations and consultations
Build and nurture strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, manufacturers, and furniture suppliers
Drive product specification and manage commercial projects from initial engagement through to securing orders
Provide expert technical advice including pricing, tender support, and installation guidance
Maintain comprehensive sample libraries ensuring clients have current product resources
Maintain active client engagement through regular presentations, site visits, and project development meetings
Collaborate with your Victorian team to achieve shared revenue targets and business objectives
Manage project pipelines and client data within CRM systems with consistent accuracy
Provide valuable market intelligence and competitive insights to senior leadership
Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and client functions including occasional after-hours attendance
Support showroom operations including periodic customer service coverage
Skills & Experience
3-5 years proven experience in product sales within architecture or interior design sectors
Background in furniture, architectural products, building materials, or commercial interior finishes welcomed
Account management or client relationship management experience highly valued
Strong understanding of specification processes and commercial project lifecycles
Experience with commercial interior finishes advantageous but not essential
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical documentation
Exceptional communication capabilities across written and verbal mediums
Proven track record managing multiple projects and client relationships with professionalism and attention to detail
Experience with CRM systems and regular performance reporting
Professional presentation skills with confidence in high-level client-facing situations
Proactive, team-oriented mindset with genuine passion for design and innovation
Current Victorian driver's license with access to reliable vehicle
