Role & Responsibilities:

• Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
• Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
• Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
• Tracking of project expenditure against budget
• Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
• On Site coordination

Your Background:

• Must have 2+ years experience with a commercial builder
• Fit-out or shopfitting experience is favorable
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
• Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes

• $110k - $145k package

The majority of their work is negotiated with reputable repeat clients providing them with an exceptional project pipeline.
