MAMAS Dining Group is a vibrant and dynamic hospitality powerhouse in Melbourne, encompassing renowned venues such as Hochi Mama CBD, Hochi Mama Richmond, Straight Outta Saigon, Kiss & Tell, Windsor Wine Room and Suzie Q.

The Opportunity:

We have two primary roles we are looking to fill:

Experienced Assistant Venue Manager to help lead the opening with our Venue Manager and Operations team.

An Enthusiastic Bar Manager to help develope our cocktail list with a Japanese focus

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Management experience in high-pressure environments

Exceptional service skills and guest focus

Great organisational skills

Excel at managing labour and COGs

Experience using Deputy or similar rostering system

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Exceptional organisation and leadership skills

Can-do attitude with the ability to act efficiently and resiliently

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Able to take initiative

Proactive in approach

Great energy

Fun and vibrant personality

Natural leadership and motivation skills

A hands on approach that leads by example

Strong Wine Knowledge would be advantageous
