Are you a skilled machinist with leadership experience and a passion for mentoring others? We're looking for a Leading Hand to take charge of our CNC Lathe area and help drive excellence in production and team development.

About the Role

As our Leading Hand, you’ll be responsible for:

• Supervising daily production of precision components on CNC lathes

• Coordinating workflow and managing priorities across the lathe team

• Guiding and supporting team members in their daily duties

• Training apprentices and fostering a culture of continuous learning

• Ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience setting and operating Okuma CNC lathes (including IGF programming)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage workflow and meet production targets

• Passion for mentoring and developing others

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
