About the role

As Bar Manager at Lindric Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our bar and floor staff ensuring exceptional customer service. This full-time role is based in Islington NSW 2296 and is a vital part of our hospitality and tourism team.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting

Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons

Developing and implementing creative cocktail menus and bar promotions to drive sales

Recruiting, training, and managing a team of bar and floor staff

Ensuring compliance with all relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations

Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to deliver a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within the bar and beverage industry

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in a bar environment

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a lively and engaging atmosphere

Strong knowledge of liquor products, cocktail recipes, and bar operations

Effective leadership and people management abilities, with the capacity to mentor and develop a team

Proficiency in inventory management, financial reporting, and compliance with liquor licensing regulations
