About the roles

This is a great opportunity to join the Vogue Café team in this exciting World Class Darling Harbour waterfront precinct.

We are looking for a passionate & committed customer-centric hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at Vogue Cafe Sydney. You would lead your collective Venue Team to run the all-day dining operation successfully. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, are passionate, have great integrity, hands-on and want to join a hospitality company that promotes future growth within the team.

We are currently looking for Assistant Manager & Floor supervisor & Bar Manager:

Duties, Responsibilities & Expectations:

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.

Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a dynamic setting.

Proven experience in bar management, preferably in a fast-paced and large restaurant or similar dining environment.

Sound knowledge of spirits.

Wine knowledge will be preferable.

Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.

Willing to learn attitude.
