Position: Full-Time Bar Manager
Location: Sydney, NSW
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year (plus potential performance incentives)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our team and elevate our operations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.

Lead, train, and motivate a team of bartenders and floor staff to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.

Develop and maintain cocktail and beverage menus in collaboration with the team.

Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.

Monitor financial performance, including budgets, wage costs, and profitability.

Implement strategies to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

About You:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a high-end bar, restaurant, or hospitality venue.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls effectively.

In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and sake.

Current RSA certification.

A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
