We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our beverage program at a renowned luxury boutique hotel and award-winning hatted restaurant. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a world-class bar in an elegant and intimate setting, delivering exceptional service, premium cocktails, and an unforgettable guest experience.

Your Role

As Bar Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bar, from cocktail creation and service standards to staff leadership and inventory management. You’ll bring a creative, hands-on approach to mixology while setting the tone for warm, personalised hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Curate and execute an innovative, seasonal cocktail menu using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and modern techniques.

Lead, train, and inspire a small team of bartenders and floor staff to deliver seamless, elevated service.

Oversee bar operations, including stock control, ordering, cost management, and compliance.

Ensure the bar remains a stylish, pristine, and well-organised space, ready for service at all times.

Collaborate closely with the restaurant and hotel teams to enhance the overall guest experience.

Stay ahead of trends in cocktails, spirits, and bar culture, constantly raising the standard.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a senior bartender or bar manager in a premium venue

Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, classic cocktails, and contemporary mixology.

Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach.

Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in service and presentation.

Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
