About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bar & Gaming Manager to join our team at Moruya Golf Club. This is a full-time role based in Moruya, NSW 2537, where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bar and gaming facilities. As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving the financial performance of our club.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

What you'll be doing

Manage the bar and gaming operations, ensuring efficient and profitable service

Lead, motivate and develop a team of bar and gaming staff

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement

Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor licensing, gaming and workplace health and safety regulations

Hold current RSA Certificate and RCG Certificate

Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making of the club

What we're looking for

Significant experience in a similar bar and gaming management role, preferably within the hospitality or club industry

A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in bar and gaming management

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team

Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a exceptional guest experience

Demonstrated financial acumen and the ability to analyse and interpret data to drive business performance

Thorough understanding of liquor licensing, gaming and workplace health and safety regulations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
