Join a growing National Property Developer who are Purpose-driven

A national property development company is seeking a Part-time Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team. With a strong pipeline of projects across Australia, this is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, creative individual to contribute to this groups' marketing efforts.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist with the implementation of marketing initiatives across events, advertisement creation, and administrative functions.

Perks & Details:

• Part-time position – 30 hours per week, spread across 5 days (option to compress into 4 days). Hours could be 9am - 2:30pm etc. (Flexible)
• $80,000 - $90,000 + Super (Pro rata'd) - Based on Experience
• Open to slightly less hours
• 12 Month Contract - Most Likely Extended/Made Permanent
• Melbourne CBD based

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop marketing materials and advertisements
• Coordinate and assist with event management
• Maintain content management systems with regular uploads
• Execute administrative tasks supporting marketing initiatives
• Support the National Marketing Manager with project implementation

About You:

• A true "do-er" with excellent execution skills
• Experience in marketing coordination or similar roles
• Property Development/Housing/Residential Asset Management/Real Estate/ Construction/ Agency-side (with relevant clients) or related industries beneficial
• Creative flair for developing advertisement content
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Experience in event coordination
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva highly beneficial
• Efficient time management skills
• Full working rights required
