Join Hub and Spoke Health, a leading mobile allied health company dedicated to providing exceptional care through Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Remedial Massage Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
We are seeking a Relationship Management/Marketing Coordinator to support our growing team in a casual role, working two-three days per week (with at least two days from our office in Balaclava).
About the Role:
In this dynamic role, you will contribute to the smooth running of our marketing and appointment-setting operations, helping us reach more clients and strengthen relationships with our network. Your responsibilities will include:
Database Management: Keeping our client and contact databases accurate and up to date.
Email Marketing: Developing and managing email lead generation campaigns to attract and retain clients.
Newsletter Creation: Crafting engaging newsletters to share updates and insights with our audience.
LinkedIn Contact Management: Building and managing professional connections, including outreach messaging, LinkedIn posts
Meeting & Event Coordination: Organising and scheduling meetings and events to support business operations.
Onboarding New Organisations: Service agreements, completing onboarding documents
Re-engage with existing providers: check in calls
Collaborate with Admin Team: monitor/ discuss any new clients/ requests/ opportunities
Networking opportunities: events/ new opportunities in NDIS/ Aged Care sector
About You:
The ideal candidate will be:
Highly organised and detail-oriented.
Experienced in healthcare marketing, administration, or a related role.
Proficient with tools like email marketing platforms, CRM software, and LinkedIn.
A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
Comfortable working in allied health realm.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small team.
