About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality marketing outputs, ensuring all project materials are accurate, timely and aligned with brand standards. This role combines organisation, stakeholder liaison and creative execution, giving you exposure to every stage of the marketing process - from project onboarding to finished project campaigns. You will also work closely with our Marketing Agency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Onboarding & Asset Management
Organise and track the creation of marketing assets including renders and floorplans.
Request and follow up on CAD files and project documentation.
Gather and manage information from architects and consultants to brief render/floorplan artists.
Coordinate reviews, revisions and approvals of renders and floorplans with builders.
Check finished floorplans for accuracy.
Manage timelines and approvals with internal teams and external builders.
Coordinate drone photography, site hoarding design/installation for each new project.
Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and communicate to the broader team once projects are marketing ready.
2. Brochure/Guide Creation
Create project-specific brochures from templates using finalised assets.
Conduct monthly checks and updates to ensure accuracy of data and information.
Align all brochures and guides with project briefs and sales team requirements.
3. Cross-Team Communication & Liaison
Act as a central point of contact for the Sales team for all marketing needs.
Escalate issues or roadblocks to appropriate stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
4. Timeline & Task Management
Own and maintain the project marketing timeline across multiple campaigns.
Prioritise competing deadlines and ensure smooth scheduling within the marketing team.
Maintain real-time visibility of upcoming deliverables in Hubspot.
5. Finished Project Marketing
Coordinate staging, photography and videography of completed projects.
Liaise with suppliers, stylists and contractors to ensure a high-quality final representation.
Manage delivery and storage of assets for future use.
6. Award Submission Support
Collect required documentation, assets and project information for industry award submissions.
Coordinate timelines, content and approvals to meet deadlines.
Skills & Attributes
Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues
Familiarity with property development, design or construction industries is a bonus
Experience & Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in a marketing or project coordination role, ideally in property or real estate
Proficiency with common marketing tools/software (Adobe Suite, Canva, Hubspot/CRM)
Experience collaborating with creative teams and external suppliers (photographers, designers, contractors)
KPIs
Timely delivery of project marketing assets and campaigns
Accuracy and completeness of asset organisation and handovers
Internal team satisfaction and adherence to timelines
Quality and consistency of finished project media
Successful submission of award applications before deadlines
