Scheduling Coordinator (Part-Time / Hybrid)
Position Summary
Detail-driven Scheduling Coordinator to support our growing Consulting team. You’ll be responsible for managing staff schedules, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics across numerous client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate staff schedules and allocate resources across projects
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Assist team members with time management and prioritisation
Submit and track timesheets and project hours
Communicate with clients regarding scheduling
Maintain and update project boards and staff schedules
Develop and report on project KPIs
Facilitate and consolidate project closure reports
Support general operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in a scheduling or coordination role (ideally in a small consultancy or startup)
Proficiency in project management tools
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based systems.
Desirable
Experience in consulting organisations
Experience with Monday.com
A proactive mindset and a passion for improving processes.
