Livingetc is a well-established furniture and homewares destination, dedicated to helping people create beautiful, inspiring spaces. For over 30 years, our passionate designers and stylists have guided customers in selecting the perfect pieces to reflect their individual style.

We are now seeking an experienced Store Manager with a genuine love for design to lead our Belmont Geelong showroom team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional in-store experience, ensuring every customer feels supported, inspired, and confident in bringing their living spaces to life.

We’re looking for someone with proven retail sales management experience, excellent communication skills, initiative, and a strong customer and sales focus. A passion for furniture and styling will set you apart.

This is a Tuesday to Saturday position.

Your role will include:

Leading, motivating, and mentoring the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Maintaining Livingetc’s high standards of store presentation and merchandising

Supporting day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth running of the showroom

We’re looking for team players who bring:

Proven retail management experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Confidence with computer systems and retail processes

Initiative, reliability, and a proactive “can-do” attitude

Pride in maintaining exceptional in-store presentation and visual merchandising standards

A collaborative spirit and enjoyment of working within a small, close-knit team

Physical capability to assist with moving furniture when required

A keen eye for detail and a natural flair for styling and presentation a bonus

A vibrant, customer-focused personality with a passion for delivering memorable shopping experiences

Due to the nature of our business applicants must be able to work Saturdays.
