The Role
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage and inspire a passionate team, and ensure an exceptional experience is delivered to every client who walks through the door. You will represent the values of the brand, drive sales performance, and maintain the highest standards in customer service, team engagement, and showroom presentation. This role will see you nurturing long-term client relationships and working closely with both new and existing clients, including high-end homeowners, interior designers, and VIP clientele. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the showroom reflects the brand’s premium aesthetic, maintaining operational excellence, and contributing to marketing, visual merchandising and client engagement initiatives in collaboration with the wider team.

About You
You will bring strong experience in a senior retail leadership or showroom management role, ideally within the luxury interiors, premium furniture, homewares, or high-end lifestyle retail sectors. You’re a natural leader who thrives in a client-focused, sales-driven environment and understands the importance of creating a warm and elevated customer journey. Previous experience in clienteling, interior styling or premium service environments will be highly regarded. You’ll be highly organised, commercially minded, and capable of delivering on business targets while upholding the brand’s reputation for excellence.
