I'm working closely with a fast-growing, purpose-led retail brand in the parenting and lifestyle space, known for its premium offering, beautifully designed store environments, and strong customer-first values.

This is a business with a big heart and bold ambition - one that's not just selling products, but helping people through one of life's biggest transitions.

Their store at Highpoint is a key part of the brand experience, and they're now looking for a confident, high-performing Store Manager to truly own the space, lead a vibrant team, and lift performance across the board.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, full-time leadership position, perfect for someone fun, energetic, and people-savvy, who knows how to bring the team together, lead from the front, and handle challenges without missing a beat.

The current team includes around 10 casuals, with a mix of mostly younger staff, plus a full-time 2IC. Your job? Set the standard, coach the team, and run the store like it's your own.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and inspire a close-knit, mostly casual team

Be a visible, supportive leader - setting the tone for the day

Drive store sales and performance to meet and exceed targets

Maintain high operational standards and visual presentation

Step in when needed - from handling escalations to helping on the floor

Have the confidence to hold tough but fair conversations when needed

Foster a positive team culture and a strong sense of accountability

Partner closely with your 2IC to ensure coverage, coaching, and consistency

About You

You're a natural leader with the kind of presence and energy that lifts the team around you. You're not afraid of a challenge, you thrive in dynamic environments, and you know how to balance high standards with team spirit.

You'll ideally bring:

Previous Store Manager (or strong 2IC) experience

Solid people leadership and performance management skills

Confidence in giving feedback and addressing issues proactively

A warm, customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills

A love for fast-paced environments and turning things around on tough days

Experience in baby or parenting products is a bonus, but not essential

Tech-savvy with solid admin and stock management skills
