Your Role

As a Store Manager, you will:

Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

Train, mentor, and support sales staff, helping them refine their sales skills and achieve individual and team targets.

Quickly establish trust and credibility with customers and team members, fostering a positive and productive store environment.

Tailor your leadership approach to suit different team members and customer types, ensuring effective and personalized interactions.

Qualify customers to understand their needs and wants, influencing through storytelling and confident recommendations

Drive onboarding activities and training programs for new staff members joining the showroom.

What We're Looking For

Previous management experience in bedding, furniture or other forms of big box retail
