About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and people-focused Store Manager to take the lead at the Chadstone boutique. This is a priority role, with the previous manager moving into a multi-site leadership position after a long and successful tenure - a testament to the brand's supportive culture and genuine career growth.

As Store Manager, you'll inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, uphold premium store presentation, and drive strong sales results. You'll take ownership of your store, leading by example in a role that blends creativity, leadership, and operational excellence.
