The Role Reporting directly to the Head of Real Estate, this role plays a pivotal part in expanding the company’s retail footprint across Victoria, ensuring more Australians can access services that promote wellbeing and healthier living.
As a business in rapid growth mode, the successful candidate will not only bring expertise in property transactions but also thrive as a cultural influencer; someone who enjoys building relationships, contributing to positive team dynamics, and celebrating shared success.

This is a role for a self-starter who values both autonomy and collaboration, engaging with brokers, agents, and landlords, while also working closely with Marketing, Operations, and Delivery to bring new sites to life.

Key Responsibilities.

• Identify and secure new site opportunities across Melbourne and wider VIC, aligned to growth targets.
• Prepare detailed feasibility reports and site presentations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Head of Real Estate to set and deliver on monthly site funnel targets.
• Partner with Marketing to distribute property packs showcasing brand success and future openings.
• Build and maintain strong networks with landlords, agents, and brokers to generate opportunities.
• Log and manage all site activity through internal systems to ensure clarity and accountability.

What we are looking for

• Background in real estate leasing, site development, or property transactions within a fast-moving environment.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and deliver outcomes.

• Willingness to travel throughout VIC (own transport required).
